Our principals have assisted in the development of first-in-the-nation incentive programs for seven states. Also, several programs have been developed for communities of various sizes and populations.  Our professionals have prepared tailored training sessions for local developers and their community stake holders regarding the use of incentives.  Our professionals regularly teach best practices regarding incentive use to Economic Developers and elected officials from the United States and other countries.  In addition, we have provided expert testimony before local boards and legislative committees on the proper role and use of incentives in the project expansion or site development process.
